How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery takes an estimated 4–7 business days, depending on your location within the UK.

Is it normal to wait a little before receiving my tracking code?
Yes, that’s completely normal! Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking code.
My order hasn’t moved in a while. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially when your order is en route to the next sorting center. If there hasn’t been an update after 7 working days, feel free to reach out to our customer service team — we’re happy to help!
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Contact our support team as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you may return it upon receipt using the procedure described in our Return and Refund Policy.
